Updates
Version 3.2.0 BETA has been added for DKPmon for all DKP types. This version supports:
- Modifying item costs on the fly
- The set price option is now available before bidding starts instead of only when no price is set
- Modify placed bids after bidding is closed
- After bidding is closed you can click an item and choose the "Override" option.
- Once the option is chosen there is a textbox where you can enter the override value. Enter the value, then press enter. The value is then set.
- Because of how WoW works it's difficult (i'm looking into it) to update the screen to reflect the price you just entered. If you click off and back onto an item in the bidder window the item will show if an override is active.
- The winning bidder will be charged the override value.
- Use the Clear option to clear out the override value
Which mods do I download?
DKPmon is comprised of two core mods. Those mods are DKPmon and Bidder. DKPmon is only used by those who will be managing bids or "DKP Admins" or "Raid Leaders". Bidder is used by everyone in the raid. Click the option below that describes your role in the raid:
I'm a Raider - I only need to bid on items and won't be managing the dkp or taking bids or uploading DKP to the website.
I'm a Raid Leader - I will be managing DKP, uploading it to the website and most importantly managing bids in the raid.

What is This?
Guild Launch has picked up development of DKPMon and we will be adding new features over the coming months. DKPMon can be used without Guild Launch (though we certainly would be glad if you joined us) just like it always has been. This initial release is primarily to accomplish three things:
- Update the interface version to WoTLK so you don't have to load the mod as out of date
- Get Death Knights working fully throughout the system, this involved a change to our export code. Update the version numbers of the various components to get a common version ancestor so we can move forward from a known version number.
What does it do?
Guild Launch DKPMon support is evolving. The following functionality is supported:
- DKPMon in general is an awesome in-game DKP and Bidding tool. We're evolving our support of it's features and our features to integrate more seamlessly with Guild Launch.
- Export current DKP to DKPMon - Howto Export DKP Data to DKPMon
- Allow raiders running Bidder to see their current DKP and the raid's current DKP via bidder.
- Allow in-game adjustments of DKP for boss kills and item additions and real time updates.
- Provides a very nice item bidding interface.
What can't it do?
The following functionality is supported via other means. We intend to improve this functionality and make DKPMon work more seamlessly with our existing functionality over time. We are still getting caught up on the codebase.
- Exporting the DKP changes and updating the website is still performed via our modded version of CT_RaidTracker. This WILL involve some double entry of item values and boss kill values initially. We are working on improving this step and making these two mods work together, but we have to start somewhere.
-
Non boss kill and non item DKP modifications added in DKPMon need to be manually recreated manually or via /rt addattendance, /rt addwipe or other means on the website for the DKP to match up.
Recommendations for Usage
- After uploading your raids to the site, ensure the DKP matches in the in-game numbers.
- Before each new raid run the Export function and in-game import function to get the current state of the DKP off your Guild Launch site.
-
Doing the above two steps will keep your DKP in sync and will decrease suprises.
